This company is awful they don't pay there claims they treat customers, employees and agents like they are stupid. All they care about are the share holders not the business of insurance

Excellent company. Johnny on the spot when I had a claim. Claims people were excellent to deal with. Love my agent they still have them too. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I am in good hands.

I was previously with an 800# company. I got tired of speaking with someone different everytime I called. I switched to Allstate and the customer service is great. I even saved a little bit of money.
