Meats and Few Beans At super taqueria, two soft corn tortillas are rolled around your choice of one of the 8 meats, perfectly ripe avocado slices, fresh salsa, cheese and few beans from the pot (the beans are not used just as fillers). You can have steamy tortillas, fresh beef carnitas (pork meat), tongue and carne asada, all tender, nicely spiced or tortas (Mexican sandwiches), burritos and quesadillas, meatless or otherwise.
