We customarily service rental units on a quarterly basis with a three month warranty for roaches and ants. Commercial accounts require a visual inspection to determine both the price and whether a 1, 3 or 6 month warranty is appropriate. After the initial service, allow approximately 30 days for the treatment to achieve control. After that initial 30 days, retreatment will be provided without charge during the remainder of the warranty period. Tubes in the wall treatment and integrated pest management are available.
