I rate this business on my past two dealings here this year and the year before. Both times the guy doesn't seem to want my business but he did the repairs eventually and things did work out.

My stereo had minor scrathes and skuff marks that were not there prior to coming here. It seems other people have had the same issue as I did. Everything else was ok and the owner is real nice though.

I rather do business with a mom and pop store. Repair took a very very very very very very very long time but was still worth it in the end.

My unit did not have scratches on it when dropped off but did when I picked it up. My unit was not working when I dropped it off but did work when I picked it up. My experience is good. I rather go here than to Lifetime.

Very poor service. Stereo was not done after waiting for eight months and had scratches all over it from units stacked on top of it right in front of store.

Dropped reel off and picked up two birthdays later. Unit now smells like burned wood and mold and best of all still has same intermittant record problem. Thanks.
